Waited 2.5 hours for the food, which then arrived cold. Even if it's Saturday evening it should be faster ... we ate here last time.

Unfortunately only had a bad experience. The store is not very familiar with courtesy and disastrous behavior among staff. Food tastes mediocre and disgusting preparation without the chefs' gloves. No hygiene in the kitchen

Placed an order for 6pm at 4pm. Nevertheless, the meal came half an hour late, completely cooled down and one drink was missing. Accordingly, it wasn't delicious either. Had someone answered the phone, it might have been resolved, but the phone seems to be skilfully ignored. Never again

Really good shop! Especially the service is 1 A! I really enjoy going there.

Great Burgers!

The best burger I've ever eaten. Beef or chicken, there is something for everyone. The bun was a bit crispy and very soft. The meat was very juicy. The sauce is delicious. Spring Light is my favorite sauce. The non-alcoholic drinks were delicious. I can only recommend wild berries and mint as thirst quenchers. And the whole thing went really well today without a reservation. You have to say about the decor, very beautiful. See you soon. #Yammi

After a faulty delivery arrived at home, I called the restaurant to complain about the order that was delivered. The employee Kai took my complaint friendly and understanding and we didn't have to wait long for our new delivery. 5 stars for friendliness and taste.

A North German burger chain which uses good quality ingredients. I'd always go for the Irish Black Angus "upgrade" on the beef. It's a convivial place to eat which incidentally is also dog friendly. Some of the staff need to be more careful about their use of Covid masks. Too many noses poking out.

Nice burger restaurant with a nice ambience. The service was very friendly and quick. The food was delicious, fresh and plentiful. Short waiting time after ordering. The hygiene measures are implemented according to the current situation.

Very tasty food, relatively large portions and a nice ambience. Unfortunately at the beginning I waited quite a long time for the service although it wasn't really full. But all in all very nice, I would definitely go there again.

Food was okay. Unfortunately, the waiting time was absolutely out of the ordinary. A 3/4 hour wait for the food ... we had a toddler with us. The Lütte didn't think that was so great. We cannot recommend it!

The staff is very nice and advises you well the food was great in the toilets everything is set up like a fairy tale and little stories are played. We waited over 1 hour for food but got a monster plate dessert with cake, frozen yogurt etc. as compensation. Best restaurant visit ever.

Chillig, chillig, chillig

I can only agree with the previous speaker! I got there early one afternoon and got the last table in the corner for one person, even though the place wasn't even half full. First I had to wait a few minutes at the entrance until someone came and assigned me a table, then I had to sit at the table again for ages and finally ask some waiter for a menu, but then no one came for a while until I got up and left. And again: the shop wasn't even half full! I actually wanted to check out the Peter Pane on my own beforehand, as I was actually planning to celebrate my birthday there with some friends, but now we will definitely celebrate somewhere else and the Peter Pane won't get a second chance from me either, because the competition in Braunschweig is simply closed big and much better.

In a nutshell, my justification for a star. Frozen patties, overpriced (as a menu € 25) and in the cocktail (0.4 l) half the glass was full of ice cubes, long waiting times, almost 45 minutes for 2 burgers and the espresso tasted like still water.

Simply bad. Took 30 minutes until we were even served. The operation obviously completely overwhelmed. Burger came completely wrong then, with gummy bears in cheese!?! Bacon nods properly fried, wrong meat. Made him go back and got a new one, again with the wrong meat. I then complained to a colleague of hers, who then got 2 vouchers. The dessert that is included in the lunch menu was included, unfortunately something was missing again at the end. We then paid quickly and left. Never again. That was the worst restaurant I / we have ever eaten in.

Were with you last night. Food and service were great despite the full shop. Food tasty and quick. our service was funny and very friendly. Probs to love. We'd love to come back

I have rarely seen such friendly and accommodating staff! The people are funny, attentive and helpful. Our 8-year-old daughter was clearly the focus and was entertained and even got a small snack when the meal was still a long time coming, which was understandable because of the number of guests. Basically there was nothing wrong with the waiting time. Children are always a little more impatient. Oh, the food was great too! When I'm back in Braunschweig, a visit to the Peter Pane will be an integral part of the planning. :-)

Unfortunately, the waiting time alone to place your order is very long. In addition, the friendliness of the conditions leaves a lot to be desired and they seem overwhelmed with their tasks. Unfortunately, the cooks looking through the window do not wear a face mask. Very annoying! The food was sometimes not really warm anymore, but the actually good taste suffered as a result. Probably not again!

Had dinner here with friends today. The restaurant looks very nice. After we were shown our reserved table, however, we had to wait about half an hour for the menu. After we were able to order our drinks a further quarter of an hour later, we had to wait another hour for our food. The food tasted great. But the service is incredibly slow and apparently there is no structure for the service staff. We won't come back.

Very fancy menu. Good variety of burgers and a friendly service. Can only recommend.

Many vegan options, great ?

First of all: super delicious food! Also the prices are rather low given the great taste and high quality of the food. Then the waiter and waitresses are very friendly. Also there is some sort of audiobook in the bathroom telling the fairy tale of Peter Pane so one doesn't get bored when "doing one's business". The music playing in the background in the actual restaurant is very nice as well and most importantly not too loud. Last but not least there are several kinds of sauces (ketchup, mayonnaise etc.) available at all times standing on the table right in front of you (without extra charge!!). Never had that before in a proper restaurant which definitely makes Peter Pane special.

The atmosphere is cozy, even though it's clearly a chain restaurant. They have good burgers and a great variety, including vegetarian and vegan options. The biggest let down for me was the prices and quality of the drinks. I know that's how restaurants make most of their money, but when you order a cocktail, put should have enough alcohol to give you a kick. I'm a lightweight, I very rarely drink, but even so I barely got any kind of a buzz from their drinks. (I also didn't eat anything this time, so it's not like the food balanced it out) Not to mention, mine came with (no exaggeration) a small mountain of ice heaped onto the glass. And to pay nearly 9€ for this is simply unacceptable. So if you want burgers, you'll love it. If you want to get a buzz too? Go elsewhere.

The food is so delicious! The atmosphere is really nice as well, it feels cozy and comfortable. The staff is really nice as well, the bathrooms are clean and the prices are good for the quality of food that you get. Only thing I dislike is that parking is not free.

Great service and food, the place is also nice. Only con are stools instead of chairs.

Special Burger for special people. You can taste good and nice Burger. Great Sunday option with very lovely price make it interesting choice. In wrap up, try it once, you will be permanent customer.

The most delicious burgers I ever ate

Burgers are OK. The service is really bad. We were there for lunch. We came before the rush hour. We waited, waited and waited. Our 2 years don was cryi g because he didn't become what to eat. The dessert was the same drama and after almost 3 hours we had enough and we went out, witgout the dessert that we had paid! Really dissapointing, and it was more dissapointi g trying to explain a kid why he didn't become what he order

Nicely decorated, stylish. Food was also good, although it took nearly an hour to come. Unfortunately the tables and benches are tiny. For bigger guys, this feels like eating inside a doll's house.
